To attach the eyepiece, match the white line on the eyepiece with the white dot on the bayonet fitting and rotate clockwise a ¼ turn. Mount the Viper HD securely on a tripod or car window mount with the ¼” x 20 screw threads. Adjust the magnification by turning the adjustment ring clockwise to increase and counter-clockwise to decrease.

After setting the magnification, adjust the focus by rotating the focus dial until the subject is clear. The adjustable eyecup on the Viper HD spotting scope allows for comfortable viewing with or without glasses. The tripod mounting collar provides flexibility in viewing angles.

Extend the fitted sunshade to block out stray light and protect the objective lens from damage.
